I know it's customary to send an email to thank your interviewers as an interviewee, but has anyone else received any emails from the people you interviewed with?
I have friends who have heard from Concordia (I think that's the name) and Roosevelt. Any other schools?

You really can't read too much into it, even if you have gotten an email. The ASA interviewers are not the same as the hiring committee, so an email from them is just a "personal" communication. Still, nice to get those nibbles. Good luck to you

From the places I interviewed at, I heard back from WIU.
Keep in mind that the smaller schools basically use the ASA to increase the number of applicants, so a lot of them will send out emails later, etc. I also heard from a few places I didn't interview in, so it really means nothing.

Very true. Two years ago Carlton College sent a colleague & I a rejection letter. We both had not applied for the position, & only requested an interview at ASA [with no real response]. Apparently this qualified us as 'applicants'!
